Haul For You provides concierge hauling services, including:

• Junk removal

• Furniture pickup and delivery

• Appliance hauling

• Donation pickup and drop-off

• Construction debris removal

• Light moving and specialty hauling

All services are booked online and subject to availability.

• Appointments must be scheduled through our online booking system.

• Arrival windows are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational conditions.

• Bookings are not final until confirmed by Haul For You.

• Pricing may be flat-rate or quote-based depending on job scope.

• Final pricing may change if the items or labor required differ from what was disclosed.

• Payment is due in full on the day of service.

Additional charges may apply for heavy items, stairs, difficult access, special handling, or disposal requirements.

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate item descriptions at booking

• Ensure clear access and legal parking

• Have items ready at the scheduled appointment time

• Confirm all items are legal and permitted for hauling

Haul For You does not remove or transport:

• Hazardous or toxic materials

• Paint, solvents, fuels, oils, or chemicals

• Asbestos-containing materials

• Medical or biohazard waste

• Firearms, ammunition, explosives

• Batteries (lithium or automotive)

• Propane tanks or pressurized containers

• Any illegal materials

If prohibited items are discovered onsite, service may be refused immediately and applicable fees may apply.

Appointment times are limited. We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or reschedule.

• Less than 24 hours notice results in a $100 cancellation fee

• If you are more than 30 minutes late, the same fee applies

• A credit card is required to hold appointments, and fees will be charged to the card on file

• Emergency cancellations may be credited toward future services at our discretion

Hauling services are generally non-refundable once service begins or is completed.

Donation delivery is not guaranteed. If refused, items may be disposed of or recycled at our discretion.

Haul For You is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage

• Structural limitations or tight spaces

• Customer-packed or customer-prepared items

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

By providing your phone number during booking, you consent to receive text messages from Haul For You LLC, including:

• Appointment confirmations

• Service reminders

• Driver arrival updates

• Customer support communications

• Promotional messages (if opted in)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
